The Meridian Norstar StarTalk 180 is a Flash RAM Voice Mail unit for the Meridian Norstar range of Telephone Systems. This 4 Port version allows 4 simultaneous connections to the Voice Mail unit and will utilise 2 extension ports of the Meridian Norstar System that it is connected to.
The StarTalk 180 has auto attendant feature that can be enabled, if required, to answer callers with the option to press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts etc.
